Description
Create Your Own Bonsai Beginner’s Courses are suitable for beginners or for people who have some experience growing bonsai. You may bring one tree to work on or buy a starter tree and pot at the nursery on the day of the course. Your purchases can be made according to your budget, starter trees range from R65, pots from R65 and wire from R23. Participants will go home with a bonsai that they have designed, pruned, wired and potted themselves. The Course starts promptly at 09h30 and runs for approximately 3-4 hours, we recommend that you arrive early. Cost R580, registration is essential as numbers are limited. Please book well in advance for the course as we are usually fully booked. No spectators please.
You need to bring: tools – secateurs, trimming scissors, wire cutters, refreshments, pencil and paper if you wish to take notes. Tools, starter trees and pots are for sale in the nursery.
*We only run the course if we have a minimum of 6 participants but are usually fully booked, please don’t delay your booking if you wish to attend.*
