   • We process online orders shortly after receiving them within 2 working days upon receiving payment.
   • The Courier Guy is used for deliveries and the tracking numbers provided to customers. It is the customers responsibility to track the order or make special delivery arrangements. Bishopsford Bonsai Nursery is not liable for losses resulting from such arrangements and any additional delivery costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.
   • Online orders placed are only available for delivery in South Africa. We do not offer international shipping.
   • Bishopsford Bonsai Nursery will not be responsible for any delays or damages caused during shipping and delivery, which are beyond our control.
