English myrtle bonsai is a popular choice among bonsai enthusiasts due to its beautiful foliage, fragrant flowers and black berries. This evergreen shrub is native to the Mediterranean region.  The English myrtle has small, glossy green leaves that are densely packed on the branches, giving it a compact and lush appearance. It produces white, fragrant flowers in Spring and Summer.
